Useful mobile apps for travel to China中国旅行的重要手机运用程式

Today when I chat with my friend about China travelling, they keep asking about how to prepare for backpacking in China. This question already been ask few times, hence I should record down my experience for China travelling preparation:
很多国际的旅游网站或手机地图对于中国旅行的覆盖不足，我记录了历来到中国旅行或出差是用到的手机运用程式或网站给大家做个参考：



Hotel reservation酒店预订:

1. Trip.com 携程国际: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ctrip.english : This is most convenient and wide selections of hotels in China. After booking, please do check with hotel through wechat or phone call to confirm your reservation. This website if for foreign nationality with easy payment through Visa or Mastercard.(China user is using Ctrip.com携程中国) Disadvantag is hotel name only in English which sometime it might different a bit from Chinese name or original hotel name in English. 携程国际是专门为中国国外旅客而设的携程旅游网站，除了有大量国内酒店选择，更可以以国外的信用卡付款。唯一缺点是酒店名称只写英文，往往与中文名称有很大分别。

 2. Agoda.com : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.agoda.mobile.consumer : Less selection but I like their free cancellation. 选择比较少但是免费取消的选项还是比较方便。

3. Mafengwo.com 马蜂窝: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mfw.roadbook : not for reservation but a lot of China user reviews and comments there. It is good to study the hotel quality through mafengwo.com.不建议用来预定房间，但是可以查询酒店的评价，很多都在游记里有详细介绍与评价可以作为实际参考。

Train reservation火车预定:

1. Klook.com: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.klook : No commissions fro all China Train tickets reservation. Do in mind if the tickets can’t confirm in few minutes, call or chat to customer service for cancellation, else the system will not allow you to book same route. 唯一不需要预定费用的网站。如果您的预定在几分钟里不能确认，青直接联络客服取消，不然您不能预定同路线的其他车次。

2. Trip.com 携程国际: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ctrip.english : Instant confirmation but need to pay for additional booking fee for each tickets. 比较快确认，但是每一张车票都需要付额外的预定费用。

 Precautions注意:

A. Some cities might have more than 1 train station, please include the train station mae example North, South, East, West into your destination to avoid disembark or boarding from wrong station.很多城市都有超过一个火车站，建议在选项时必须注明东南西北的火车站（例如：成都南/成都东，平遥/平遥古城）。

B. Need to get tickets from train station with passport confirmation. If ticket retrieve from train ticket booth outside train station, some fee will be charge on every ticket. 所有的火车票必须以护照才能取票，如果在火车站意外的火车票代购点就需要付额外的服务费。



Tour and private transport reservation团游，用车预定:

1. Mafengwo.com 马蜂窝: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mfw.roadbook : wide selection, review for China internal tour. However only can pay with Alipay or China Wechat Pay(in RMB). Tours guide in Chinese language only as it is local tour unless it specify bilanguages. 非常多选择与多点评的网站。缺点是必须用中国国内的支付宝或人民币的微信支付来付费。很多本地团只有中文解说（除非有注明双语解说）。

2. Taobao.com : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.taobao.taobao :  Taobao travel provide wide local tours in China, easier to pay in Alipay through Malaysia credit card with additional service charge. Tours guide in Chinese language only as it is local tour unless it specify bilanguages. 淘宝飞猪旅行也有很多内地团，比较容易用大马信用卡透过支付宝付费（必须支付额外的境外银行服务费）。很多本地团只有中文解说（除非有注明双语解说）。

3. Trip.com 携程国际: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ctrip.english : Less choices and mostly cater for foreigners that speak English only that charge higher fare. 由于携程国际是特别为外国人而设，里面的本地团也是以英文解说为主所以选择少又费用高。



Entrance ticket reservation门票预订: 

1. Mostly same as Tour and private transport reservation与团游，用车预定相同.

Precaution注意:

A. Digital tickets need to wait minimum 30minutes to appear in Tourist Authority system. 电子门票预定需要等待30分钟才能显示在景点的系统里。

B. Please confirm official website of China tourist spot, it might apply 100% digital ticket pre-reservations with passport scanning for entry.(Example: Imperial Palace in Beijing)有些经典只接受提前电子预定或购票，更以刷护照进入（例子：北京紫禁城的故宫博物馆）。



Maps地图: 

1. Gaode Map高德地图: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.autonavi.minimap : Usefully maps that can trace local bus, train, subway, taxi, driving from point to point. Accurate location include walking path.中国最广泛运用的电子地图，从步行，公交，驾车，打车都有非常准确的位置。

China mobile data手机数据:

A. Mostly will select simcard from Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore that provide China travel mobile data that not block Whatsapp/ Facebook/Line/Google/Gmail. 为了不需要爬墙（Whatsapp/ 面子书/Line/谷歌/Gmail），我建议购买来之香港，泰国，台湾，新加坡的电讯商提供的旅行漫游数据的电话卡。
B. I’m personally prefer Hong Kong China Unicom simcard that have wide selection of periods and data size. Please choose follow your needs because reload service is more expensive than you buy new simcard.我个人比较偏爱香港中国联通的电话卡，有多种不同的期限与配套选择，不鼓励运用时加额（费用比起买新电话卡还高）。
C. Currently card is available in Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia.现在可以在马来西亚的Lazada 与 Shopee购物平台购买到漫游数据的电话卡。


Health apps健康码: (new requirement to travel to China and taking local transportation in China出发去中国与在国内搭乘公共交通的条规): 

All foreigners travellers not allow to enter China due to Covid-19 pandemic, this apps application only apply to China citizens, working permit holder that currently station in China. No info for leisure traveller. Please check China Embassy website from time to time for updates.由于新冠病毒肆孽，中国已停止持有旅游签证外国公民进入中国。现在这个手机程序只公开给中国公民与在中国工作/外国使馆。有意到中国旅游的外国人必须留意中国大使馆的最新消息。
